Raj Rajeshwari Alison Plaut
Raj Rajeshwari Alison Plaut holds a B.A. and M.A. in Maharishi Vedic Science, an M.B.A. in Sustainable Business, and a Doctorate in Supreme Political Science. She brings more than 25 years of research on consciousness and human potential, along with practical applications for grassroots projects to improve women’s lives. As the Founder and Director of the Himalayan Devis Project, she combines a deep understanding of Vedic wisdom, learned directly from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, with decades of experience in implementation—uniting inner development and outer transformation to create sustainable, large-scale social impact.

Shikha Sharma
Shikha Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from RDVV Jabalpur and an MBA from IILM Gurugram. She has worked with leading organizations such as Club Mahindra and Just Eat, gaining valuable corporate experience before dedicating herself fully to the field of consciousness-based education. Since 2016, Shikha has been teaching Transcendental Meditation in coherence groups across India, contributing to various projects that foster inner growth, peace, and community development. As a Director of Himalayan Devis, she brings both her professional expertise and deep commitment to empowering women and communities through the technologies of consciousness.

Juliana Geraldi
Juliana Geraldi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from PUC-Rio, Brazil, and a background in Art Education. She has worked in programs providing psychological and creative support to children from vulnerable and displaced communities in Rio de Janeiro. After completing her studies, she devoted nearly two years to in-depth research on consciousness and Vedic Science, exploring the connection between human potential and ancient Vedic wisdom, and studying subjects such as Vedic Arts, Vedic Literature, and Sanskrit. As Director of Himalayan Devis, she integrates her academic background and experiential knowledge to help guiding the organization’s vision and initiatives, applying Vedic wisdom in practical ways to empower individuals and communities.
